8.20.010 - Unlawful to damage fire apparatus.

It is unlawful for any person to damage any fire apparatus or equipment belonging to the City of Richmond, or belonging to any person.

8.20.020 - Unlawful to interfere with fire apparatus.

It is unlawful for any person who is not in the direct employment of the City or of a regularly organized fire company to interfere, meddle with or handle in any manner any of the fire apparatus belonging to the City or belonging to any person, and used for the purpose of extinguishing fires, except when assisting in extinguishing a fire under the direction of the Fire Department in charge of such fire.

8.20.030 - Unlawful to give false alarm.

It is unlawful for any person to maliciously give a false alarm.
