7.48.010 - Telephone solicitation for sale of tickets prohibited.

It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the practice of telephoning citizens and business firms of the City of Richmond for the purposes of selling tickets to entertainments, balls, festivals and other functions and for the purpose of soliciting the donation of cash or merchandise for the support of said functions, not having been requested or invited to do so by the person whom such offer or tickets or solicitations are made.
