2.04.010 - Description.

The seal of the City of Richmond is hereby adopted and described as follows:

In the center appears a harbor scene with a ship at anchor near pier flanked by a perspective of foothills at the base of which stands a large storage oil tank and railway locomotive, and around the outer edge of the seal is the inscription, "RICHMOND, CALIFORNIA" above and "INC. AUG. 7TH, 1905" below, the same being the seal heretofore adopted by the board of trustees of the City of Richmond, and used and now is used by the said City of Richmond.
