2.61.010 - Deadline for Submitting Proposed Budget to City Council.¶
No later than the first Tuesday of May of each year, the City Manager shall submit a proposed budget to the City Council for the succeeding fiscal year. The proposed budget shall set forth in detail an estimate of revenues, proposed expenditures and such other information as the City Manager concludes will enhance the budget process. The proposed budget shall be set forth in a format that allows for the widest possible public understanding of the City's resources, operations and programs.
2.61.020 - Deadline for Approval of City Budget.¶
No later than June 30th of each year, the City Council shall adopt the annual budget.
