13.15.010 - Registration required—Vehicles.¶
All highway vehicles operated on the airport shall be registered with the airport manager and shall carry the appropriate decal. All owners, operators and users of the airport are confined to those areas designated authorized by their decal. All owners, operators and users of the airport will surrender the decal prior to sale, transfer or disposal of the registered vehicle.

13.15.020 - Operation in designated areas only.¶
Unless authorized by the airport manager, no highway vehicles shall be operated on the airport except on roadways, parking areas or places that are designated authorized for such use.

13.15.030 - Speed limits.¶
A. No person shall operate any vehicle on the airport in a careless or negligent manner or in disregard for the safety of others.
B. Vehicles shall not be operated in excess of posted speed traffic signs, and in no event in excess of twenty-five miles per hour on the airport. On ramps and in building areas, maximum speeds shall not exceed ten miles per hour.

13.15.040 - Yield right-of-way to aircraft.¶
Highway vehicles shall always come to a complete stop in a manner as not to obstruct the path of and yield the right-of-way to aircraft taxiing on the ground or in the process of landing or taking off.

13.15.050 - Accident—Report required.¶
Any accident involving a motor vehicle on the airport shall be reported to the airport manager as soon as practicable.

13.15.060 - Parking—Restrictions.¶
Vehicles shall only be parked in a manner and in areas designated for such purpose. Gasoline tank trucks, automotive or aircraft gas tenders and trucks delivering flammable materials are prohibited from entry, parking or storage in hangars. No vehicles will be parked in the air operations area which is defined as the area encompassing the runways, taxiways, helipads and adjacent areas up to the building restriction line. Aircraft owners who rent a hangar or tie-down space from the city or a fixed-based operator may be permitted one registered vehicle within that hangar or tie-down space.

13.15.070 - Parking—Violations.¶
Illegally parked vehicles may be issued a parking violation citation and/or moved. Any charges levied for such towing will be at the owner's expense and the city shall not assume any liability for damage that may occur thereof or after.
