12.49.010: GOVERNING REGULATIONS:

Except as specified in this code, the use and operation of the Hillside Memorial park shall be governed by the provisions of resolution 4334 of the city, as amended, or any later resolution which replaces resolution 4334. As used in this chapter, "Hillside Memorial park" means the cemetery owned and operated by the city and located at the intersection of Alessandro Road and Sunset Drive in the city. 12.49.020: DOGS NOT ALLOWED ON CEMETERY GROUNDS:

It is unlawful for any person to cause or allow any dog or dogs to be present on the grounds of Hillside Memorial park, whether leashed or unleashed, unless at all times confined within an automobile. (Ord. 2024 § 1, 1988)

12.49.030: VIOLATION; PENALTY:

Any person who wilfully violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of an infraction punishable as provided in section 1.20.020 of this code. (Ord. 2024 § 1, 1988)
