9.16.010: INTOXICATING LIQUOR DEFINED:

As used in this chapter, "intoxicating liquor" includes all spirituous, fermented, vinous and malt liquors and any other liquor or mixture of liquor which contains more than three and two-tenths percent (3.2%) of alcohol by weight and which is not so mixed with other drugs as to prevent its use as a beverage. 9.16.020: DRINKING ON PUBLIC STREET:

It is unlawful for any person within the city to drink or consume any intoxicating liquor upon any public street, highway, road, alley or lane, whether public or private within the city. (Ord. 2193 § 3, 1992: prior code §§ 50000, 50002)

9.16.030: VISITING PLACE OF PROSTITUTION:

It is unlawful for any person within the city to be present at or visit any house of ill fame or any place used or occupied for purposes of prostitution, or where prostitution is permitted, or to live in or maintain an illicit relation with any person, or to be present at or visit any house or place for the purpose of having illicit relations with any person. (Prior code § 51000)

9.16.040: URINATING AND DEFECATING IN PUBLIC PROHIBITED:

A. It is unlawful for any person to urinate or defecate in public, other than when using a toilet, urinal or commode located in a restroom, bathroom or other structure enclosed from public view.

B. Proof of a verified medical condition that causes an individual to lack control of the bodily functions that control urination or defecation is a defense to a violation of this section. (Ord. 2683 § 1, 2007)
