3.42.010: ESTABLISHMENT:¶

All persons discharging septic tank loads into the city's wastewater treatment plant shall pay a fee per gallon as established in section 3.62.040 of this title. (Ord. 2526 § 1, 2002: Ord. 2284 § 2, 1995)
