NOTES TO TABLE:
1. See parking and loading requirements and standards for commercial or industrial uses at § 25.217.
2. Residential use requires use permit per § 25.92 or PD use permit per § 25.137.
3. At a minimum, front and street side yards shall be landscaped. Parking areas shall include landscaping and shading per § 25.221.
4. Except setback adjacent to a runway or taxiway is 30 feet minimum.
