§ 25.83 M—1, LIGHT INDUSTRIAL DISTRICTS.

(A) It is intended that this district classification be applied to all properties deemed appropriate for lower intensity industrial uses and designated “I” on the land use diagram of the city general plan.

(B) The specific use regulations set out beneath the column titled “M—1” in the chart marked “industrial zones and permit requirements” in § 25.92 shall apply in all M—1 districts.
