§ 10.44.010. Temporary closing of streets.¶
The Director of Public Services may temporarily close a portion of a street for a parade or special event for which a permit has been issued when in his opinion such closing is necessary for the safety and protection of persons using that portion of the street during the temporary closing. No such closing shall be for more than 24 hours without the approval of the Director of Public Services.
