9.52.010 - Unlawful acts.

Any person who wilfully commits a trespass by doing any of the following acts is guilty of a misdemeanor:

A. Entering any municipal lands enclosed by fence without permission;

B. Riding, leading or permitting any horses or other domestic animals, with the exception of dogs, upon municipal lands, including parks or recreational lands.
