9.48.010 - City property.

It is unlawful for any person to injure, destroy, or remove any sign, barrier, notice, paper, or monument erected or placed by any official or employee of the city, or by any person doing work under the authority of said city.

9.48.020 - Private property.

It is unlawful for any person to tear down, mutilate, remove, deface, or destroy any notice, handbill, or sign of any business, or performance of any kind, or any news on bulletin board, lawfully placed, without the consent of the owner.
