9.44.010 - City property.

It is unlawful for any person or persons to camp overnight on any property of the city, including property in which the city has a leasehold or license right of possession, without prior written permission.

9.44.020 - Definition.

Overnight camping shall include the leaving of any facilities, such as, and including, campers, trailers, vans or camping equipment ordinarily used for purposes of camping, on such city property overnight, notwithstanding lack of actual occupancy or staying overnight.

9.44.030 - Violation—Penalty.

Violation of this chapter shall constitute an infraction, punishable by a fine not to exceed two hundred fifty dollars.
