13.08.055 - Application—Required.

A person desiring to obtain utility services within a tract of land which he proposes to subdivide shall make written application therefor.

13.08.060 - Application—Contents.

The application shall state the number of the tract, the name of the subdivision, and its location. It shall be accompanied by a copy of the final map of the plans, profiles and specifications for utility services.

13.08.065 - Investigation.

Upon receiving the application, the city administrator shall make an investigation of the proposed subdivision and shall report his findings to the council, including a recommendation as to the facilities required and the estimated cost of the proposed systems.

13.08.070 - Specifications.

The size, type and quality of materials and location of the lines shall be specified by the city and the actual construction will be done by the water department, or by a contractor, who will be supervised and inspected by the public works director.

All facilities shall be the property of the city.

13.08.080 - Connections.

The subdivider shall, at his cost, provide all connections to the resulting lots within the subdivision.
