25-95: PURPOSE:

It is the purpose of this division to provide for the recovery of costs from users of the city's wastewater disposal system and for the implementation of the program established herein. The applicable charges or fees shall be set forth in the city's schedule of fees and charges. (Ord. 1636 § A, 7-1-2003)

25-96: FEES AND CHARGES:

The city may adopt fees and charges which may include:

A. Fees for reimbursement of costs of setting up and operating the city's pretreatment program;

B. Fees for monitoring inspection and surveillance procedures;

C. Fees for reviewing accidental discharge procedures and construction;

D. Fees for permit applications;

E. Fees for filing appeals;

F. Fees for consistent removal by the city of pollutants otherwise subject to federal pretreatment standards; and

G. Other fees as the city may deem necessary to carry out the requirements contained herein.

These fees relate solely to the matters covered by this article and are separate from all other fees chargeable by the city and when new development occurs, collectable upon issuance of a certificate of occupancy. (Ord. 1754, 6-2-2009)
