100.06: EFFECT ON PREVIOUSLY APPROVED PROJECTS AND PROJECTS IN PROGRESS:

The city council shall adopt, by resolution, policies that detail the transitional implementation of this chapter for previously approved projects and projects in progress. All other projects must comply with this chapter. (Ord. 1801, 12-3-2013)
