100.05: CONSISTENCY WITH GENERAL PLAN:

Any permit, license or approval issued pursuant to this chapter must be consistent with the Porterville general plan and all applicable specific plans. In any case where there is a conflict between this chapter and the general plan, the general plan shall prevail. (Ord. 1801, 12-3-2013)
