Port Hueneme Municipal Code Part I Card Rooms

(a) "Card Room" means a room, enclosure or location where tables or other facilities are maintained for playing cards or where cards are played and where for the use of the facilities of playing cards a fee or compensation is charged players.

(b) "Person" includes any person, firm, association, partnership, joint venture and corporation, or any agent, servant, employee or clerk thereof.

No person, firm, association, partnership, joint venture or corporation, or any agent, servant, employee or clerk thereof, shall carry on the business of owning, operating, conducting or managing a card room within the City.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this part shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor.
