Point Arena Municipal Code Art. VI Sewer System Extension

(1) Sewer system extensions may be made as general city improvements, as improvements under assessment district proceedings, by application for system extension as part of subdivision improvements, or by application for system extension by an individual applicant.

(2) For extensions made to serve premises not contiguous to existing adequate main sewers, the applicant shall be required to advance the estimated cost of the intervening facilities or to construct such facilities. All applicable charges shall be paid by applicant in advance of construction.

(3) System extensions made as part of subdivision improvements or required to serve a new subdivision shall be constructed by the applicant in accordance with requirements of the city of Point Arena.
