Sec. 6-10.301. - Permits; operation.¶
It shall be unlawful for any person to operate a solid waste disposal site in the unincorporated area of the County without a permit to do so having been issued by the State. No permit(s) to operate a solid waste disposal site may be issued by a County department for any location within Plumas County. Such permit(s) may only be issued by the State after approval by the LEA.
