Sec. 4-2.201. - Prohibited acts.

It shall be unlawful:

(a) To sell, deliver, or deal in any form of fireworks, firecrackers, torpedoes, or any similar device that creates fire and is commonly used on Independence Day or for other celebrations within the County; and

(b) To use, explode, discharge, or fire any such fireworks.

The provisions of this section shall not apply to activities authorized by the Board.

Sec. 4-2.202. - Enforcement.

The provisions of this article shall be enforced by all County, State, and Federal peace officers, the Forest Service Officer, the Fire Warden, and the Fish and Game Warden.
