§ 9.16.010. Minors.¶
It is unlawful for any minor under the age of 18 years to loiter on the streets, roads, highways or other public place, or in any place open to the public in the county between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m.; provided, however, that a minor under the age of 18 years may be on the streets, roads, highways or other public place or in a place open to the public between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m. when such minor is in the company of his or her parents or guardian or person having legal care, custody and control of such minor.

§ 9.16.020. Violations.¶
Any minor violating the provisions of Section 9.16.010 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be dealt with in accordance with juvenile court law and procedure.
