§ 10.12.290. Limitations imposed.¶
A. Parking is prohibited between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. on county properties identified by the board of supervisors by resolution. The board of supervisors may update the list of county properties by resolution as needed.
County-owned vehicles are exempt from this provision.
Emergency vehicles as defined in Vehicle Code Section 165 are exempt from this provision.
B. The director of general services, or designee, may issue overnight parking permits to county employees or contractors. The permit must be fully displayed on the vehicle dashboard or rear-view mirror while parked overnight on county property. All permits must indicate the expiration date.
C. The director of health and human services, or designee, may issue overnight parking permits to county employees or contractors and may issue overnight permits to clients participating in overnight programs or services. The permit must be fully displayed on the vehicle dashboard or rear-view mirror while parked overnight at the above properties. All permits must indicate the expiration date.
