There is created in the county a delinquency prevention commission.

§ 2.68.020. Purpose.

The delinquency prevention commission shall coordinate on a countywide basis the work of government and nongovernment organizations engaged in activities designed to prevent juvenile delinquency.

§ 2.68.030. Composition—Appointment—Terms.

The delinquency prevention commission shall consist of not fewer than seven citizens appointed by the board of supervisors to serve a term of four years.

The delinquency prevention commission shall be legally constituted upon the appointment of seven citizens to the commission.
