2.20.010 Established.

There is established by the city council a planning commission in accordance with applicable laws of the state.

2.20.020 Membership.

The planning commission shall consist of five members, not officials of the city, appointed by the city council from the residents of the city.

2.20.030 Term of office.

The full term of office for each member of the planning commission shall be for two years.

2.20.040 Removal.

The city council may remove any member of the planning commission prior to the expiration of the member's term of office with or without cause, providing all members of the city council are present and a majority vote of the council is received to do so.

2.20.050 Policies regulating commission.

The city council shall from time to time establish by resolution the meeting schedule, duties, and procedural rules for the planning commission.
