2.18.010 Automatic disqualification.

Any person convicted of a felony shall be ineligible to serve on any board or commission of the city. In the event that a member of a board or commission is convicted of a felony, or such prior conviction is discovered, during the member's term of office, the conviction shall serve to terminate the member's appointment to the board or commission and the vacancy may be filled either immediately or during the next routine recruitment for the position, at the council's discretion. 2.18.020 Additional qualifications.

In addition to required qualifications for City Planning Commissioners set forth in Section 2.20.020 of this Code, qualifications for service on the Planning Commission and other appointed City advisory bodies shall be as established from time to time by resolution of the City Council.
