2.42.010 Automatic disqualification.

Any person convicted of a felony shall be ineligible to serve on any board or commission of the city. In the event that a member of a board or commission is convicted of a felony during his or her term of office, the conviction shall serve to terminate his or her appointment to the board or commission and the city council shall immediately proceed to appoint a qualified person to represent the city for the remainder of the term.
