10.72.010 PRIVATE ROADS – VEHICLE CODE ENFORCEMENT.¶
A. Whenever any resolution of the city designates and describes certain privately owned and maintained roads, which are not generally held open for use of the public for purposes of vehicular traffic, but by reason of their proximity to, or connection with, highways, residential and public motoring interests will be best served, then a petition requesting the application of public roadway enforcement may be made.
B. Requirements and definitions stated in the Vehicle Code shall be followed. (Ord. 432 § 2(part), 1982).
