§ 6.24.010. Riding and driving restrictions.¶

No person shall drive or ride any horse or other animal upon any public highway or thoroughfare, within the corporate limits of the city, immoderately or beyond a moderate gait, or in such a manner as to endanger the safety of persons on such highway or thoroughfare.
