§ 6.16.010. Fowl and rabbits defined.

"Fowl and rabbits,"

as used in this chapter, means and pertains to live fowl and rabbits, and includes chickens, turkeys, ducks and geese.

§ 6.16.020. Sale or gift prohibited when.

No person shall offer for sale or sell, or give away as a premium or inducement to bringing customers onto the premises of a business establishment, any fowl or rabbit to which color, dye, stain or other pigment or substance has been added or applied, which has changed the natural color of such fowl or rabbit and has imparted an artificial color thereto, or where under the age of three weeks for fowl or two months for rabbits, whether colored or uncolored.

§ 6.16.030. Poultry shops, farmers and breeders.

This chapter shall not apply to poultry shops, farmers or breeders.
