10.52.010 Hours generally.

It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of eighteen years to loiter, idle, wander, stroll, play or drive or be

driven in a motor vehicle in or upon the public streets, highways, roads, alleys, parks, public buildings, places of

amusement and entertainment, vacant lots or other unsupervised places, between the hour of eleven p.m. and

daylight of the following day, oOcial city time. (Ord. 46 CS §24; prior code §16.11.)

10.52.020 Exceptions.

The provisions of Section 10.52.010 shall not apply to a minor accompanied by his parent or legal guardian or

other adult person having legal care and custody of such minor, or where the minor is upon an emergency errand

or legitimate business directed by his parent or legal guardian. (Ord. 46 CS §24; prior code §16.12.)

10.52.030 Special weekend regulations.

The provisions of Sections 10.52.010 and 10.52.020 shall not apply on Friday and Saturday nights to any person

under the age of eighteen years attending a bona Mde meeting, dance or party at a church, school or youth club, or

a theater; provided, that on Friday and Saturday nights it is unlawful for any such minor to be upon any public

street, park, square or public place between the hours of midnight and daylight immediately following, except

when accompanied by a parent or legal guardian or an adult person having the legal care and custody of such

10.52.040 Arrest for violation.

Whenever any minor is arrested for the violation of this chapter, the oOce of the probation oOcer of the county

shall be notiMed of such occurrence and a copy of the arrest report, setting forth the circumstances of the arrest,

shall be forwarded to such oOce of the probation oOcer of the county. (Ord. 349 NCS §6; prior code § 16.14.)
