11.060 Number of Automobile Parking Spaces Required.

The number of automobile parking spaces required shall be determined as indicated in Table 11.1.

Artisan Shop 1 for each 300 gross square feet of Koor area
Auto and Vehicle Sales 1 for each 400 square feet of gross Koor area
Auto Parts Sales 1 for each 300 gross square feet of Koor area
Banks and Financial Services 1 for each 300 gross square feet of Koor area
Bars, Taverns, Nightclubs 1 for each 2.5 seats
Bed and Breakfast Inns 1 for each guest room, plus
1 for the inn owner/manager
Child Care Center 1 for each staM member (employee, parent volunteer,
etc.), plus 1 loading/unloading space for each 10 children
