State Law reference— Cities authorized to contract with the State Employees' Retirement System for the establishment of a retirement system, Government Code § 45345.

Sec. 2.52.010. - Contract—Authorized.

A contract between the city council and the board of administration, state public employees' retirement system is authorized, a copy of said contract marked "Exhibit A," is on file in the office of the city clerk and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.

Sec. 2.52.020. - Same—Execution.

The mayor of the city council is authorized, empowered, and directed to execute the contract authorized by section 2.52.010 for and on behalf of said agency.

Sec. 2.52.030. - Same—Amendment.

An amendment to the contract between the city council of the city and the board of administration, state public employees' retirement system is authorized, a copy of the amendment, marked "Exhibit A," is on file in the office of the city clerk, and by such reference made a part hereof as though herein set out in full.
