§ 3.32.010. Planning fees.

The fees to be charged by the planning department of the city for matters coming before the planning commission and city council shall be as follows:

Fees:

  • (1) Plus all of the following:

    • a. All election costs, if applicable.

    • b. LAFCO filing fees.

    • c. State Board of Equalization filing fees.

    • d. Maps and legal description that complies with LAFCO and State Board of Equalization standards.

    • e. Cost of protest hearing, if applicable.

  • (2) Applicant may be required to provide a traffic or other study of impacts, if applicable.

  • (3) Applicant may be required to pay fee of city engineer on an "at cost" basis, if applicable.

  • (4) Minor architectural review to include the following:

    • a. Commercial/industrial exterior renovation. b. New commercial/industrial buildings or enlargements of existing commercial/ industrial buildings of less than 1,500 square feet.

    • c. Projects as designated by the planning director.

  • (5) To be paid after project approval, prior to filing of notice of determination.

  • (6) Applicant to pay actual cost of Department of Fish and Game Review Fee. (Ord. 478 § 1, 1992)
