9.32.010 - Hours—Exceptions.¶
No minor under the age of eighteen years shall be in or upon the streets or other public property or places open to the public generally in the city of El Paso de Robles between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m.; provided, however, that a minor under the age of eighteen years may be upon the streets of the city between the hours of eleven p.m. and six a.m. pursuant to the scope of his lawful employment if such employment has been registered and approved by the police department of said city; provided, further, that a minor under the age of eighteen years may be in or upon the streets or other public property or places open to the public generally of said city between the hours of eleven o'clock p.m. and six o'clock a.m. when such minor is in the company of either of his parents, or legal guardian, or person or persons having legal care, custody and control of such minor.
Except, however, that the hours of this curfew ordinance shall be effective for the six-hour period between 12:01 o'clock a.m. and 6:00 o'clock a.m. next following a Friday, a Saturday, or during the twenty-four-hour period of any day that is a legal holiday or a holiday of the El Paso de Robles school systems.
During the annual summer vacation of the El Paso de Robles school systems, the period from June 15th to the following Labor Day, the hours of the curfew shall be from 12:01 o'clock a.m. to the following 6:00 o'clock a.m.

9.32.020 - Parent responsibility.¶
No parent, guardian, or other person entitled to the care, custody and control of any minor under the age of eighteen years shall permit such minor to be in or upon the streets or other public property or places open to the public generally in the City of El Paso de Robles in violation of the provisions of this chapter.

9.32.030 - Minor violating—Penalty.¶
Any person violating Section 9.32.010 of this chapter shall be taken into custody of the city police department and then placed under the custody and control of the juvenile court of San Luis Obispo County, and subject to the jurisdiction and control of said superior court.

9.32.040 - Parent violating—Penalty.¶
Any person violating Section 9.32.020 of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof shall be punishable by a fine not exceeding one hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the county jail not exceeding thirty days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
