9.32.010 - Loitering and presence of certain premises prohibited when.¶
No person under the age of eighteen years shall loiter upon the streets, or be in places of amusement or entertainment or in other public places between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. of any day, unless such person is accompanied by a parent, guardian or other adult person having control or charge of such person under the age of eighteen years or spouse of such person over twenty-one years of age; or unless such person under the age of eighteen years shall have gone to a place of entertainment or amusement, other than one at which liquor is sold or served prior to 8:30 p.m. where a regular program or evening's entertainment shall have commenced or been arranged for the occasion to commence at 8:30 p.m., or prior thereto, and shall have held over or been continued beyond 10:00 p.m., or such person shall have left a place of employment after 10:00 p.m., and such person is thereafter returning directly to his home or place of residence.

9.32.020 - Loitering about places of public entertainment prohibited.¶
No person shall loiter between the hours of l0:00 p.m. and 5:00 a.m. about the premises where any public entertainment is held when such person is not actively participating in the entertainment or is not an invited spectator thereof.

9.32.030 - Violation.¶
Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an infraction, and shall be punishable as set forth in Section 1.16.010 of this code.
