9.28.010 - Breaking, destroying and injuring of buildings and structures prohibited.¶
Every person who wilfully or maliciously breaks or destroys any windows, window sash, door, blind or pane of glass of any occupied or unoccupied building or outhouse in the city, or commits any nuisance therein or breaks or destroys or injures anything therein, or any part of such house or outhouse, or any fence or improvement whatever, or who aids, abets or assists any one to commit such nuisance or to injure such property, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.28.020 - Defacing, removal or mutilation of signs prohibited.¶
Any person who tears down, mutilates, removes, defaces or destroys any notice, handbill or sign of any business or performance of any kind, or any ornamental sign or awning posts, or any news or bulletin board, or who uses any such boards for posting any notice, device or other matter without the consent of the owner, is guilty of a misdemeanor.

9.28.030 - Interfering with building moving apparatus or personnel prohibited.¶
Any person who drives any vehicle over any taut rope, wire or cable while in use in moving any building or structure, in any public place in the city, or who cuts or smashes or otherwise injures the same, while in use, or who wilfully interferes with the workmen, tools or horses engaged in the work of removing buildings, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
