4.07.010 - Declaration of purpose.¶
This chapter is enacted to qualify the city to receive aid from the state under the provisions of Penal Code § 13522.

4.07.020 - Adherence to POST standards.¶
The city police department shall adhere to the standards of recruitment and training established by the State Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST).

4.07.030 - POST commission inquiries.¶
The POST commission and its representatives may make such inquiries as they deem appropriate to ascertain that the police department adheres to the standards for selection and training of public safety dispatchers established by such commission.
