10.48.010 - Railway gates—Obedience required.¶
No person shall drive any vehicle through, around or under any crossing gate or barrier at a railroad grade crossing while such gate or barrier is closed or is being opened or closed.

10.48.020 - Trains not to block streets-Time limitation.¶
No person shall operate any train or train of cars, or permit the same to remain standing, so as to block the movement of traffic upon any street for a period of time longer than five minutes.
