9.36.010 - False statements and misrepresentations—Concealing facts.

It shall be unlawful for any person knowingly to falsify or conceal any fact or make any false or fraudulent statement or misrepresentation in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the town. (Ord. 132 (part), 1985)

9.36.020 - False writings.

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly use any false or misleading writing or document in any matter or proceeding within the jurisdiction of any department or agency of the town. (Ord. 132 (part), 1985)

9.36.030 - Violation—Penalty.

Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment for a period of not more than six months in the county jail, or by both such fine and imprisonment. (Ord. 132 (part), 1985)
