§ 3.04.010. Adoption date.¶
The City Council shall adopt a budget prescribing the spending policy of the City for the ensuing fiscal year on or before the thirtieth day of June of each year.

§ 3.04.020. Proposal.¶
The City Manager shall submit a proposed budget to the City Council no later than May 31st of each year.

§ 3.04.030. Hearing.¶
The City Council shall conduct a public hearing on the proposed budget before adoption.
