SEC. 16-286. LOT SIZE ADDITIVE; DEFINITIONS.

(A) Basic underlying zone - The basic underlying zone is any of the zones specified in section 16-15 of this chapter to which a lot size suffix is added pursuant to this division.
(B) Combined minimum side yard setback - The combined minimum side yard setback is the total footage derived from adding both of the side yard setbacks for a single lot.
(C) Minimum single side yard setback - The minimum side yard setback is the minimum amount of space permitted between the main building and the closest side property line. Regardless of the combined minimum side yard setback imposed pursuant to a suffix, the minimum single side yard setback shall be observed for all side yards. (`64 Code, Sec. 34-111.04) (Ord.
