SEC. 15-149. SIDEWALKS, CURBS.

Each sidewalk, curb, gutter, cross gutter, pavement, sanitary sewer line, water main, culvert and drainage structure shall be installed by the subdivider in the manner shown on the improvement plans and described in the specifications contained in this article and the official specifications of the city at the time of construction.
