§ 15.32.010. Title and purpose.¶
A. This chapter shall be known and cited as the "City of Oroville Energy Code" (hereinafter referred to as "code").
B. The purpose of this code is to provide minimum energy standards for energy consumption regulations, energy efficient building practices, and establish minimum energy requirements, by regulating and controlling the design, construction, installation, and quality of materials.

§ 15.32.020. Adoption of the California Energy Code.¶
The 2025 California Energy Code, California Code of Regulations Title 24 Part 6, including appendices, is hereby adopted and incorporated by reference.
