Orland Municipal Code Ch. 8.36 Manure

Any and all manure within the corporate limits of the city must be covered by a screen or other covering which will prevent the entry of, flies upon any quantity of manure for the hatching of eggs or larvae and any and all such quantities of manure must be removed from the premises or used for purposes of fertilization every seven days.

The discovery of the presence of larvae in manure situated on the property of any person, or member or employee of any firm or corporation having the control of any properties within the corporate limits of the city, shall be considered evidence of the violation of the provisions of Section 8.36.010.
