Orland Municipal Code Ch. 13.12 Storm Drain System

13.12.010 - Discharge of harmful materials prohibited.¶
No person shall discharge into any storm drain, any material or substance deemed by the director of public works, to be harmful or injurious to the storm drain system.

13.12.020 - Rules and regulations.¶
The city may adopt by resolution, rules and regulations pertaining to the operation, maintenance and repair of its storm drain system.

13.12.030 - Violation—Penalty.¶
Any violation of any such rule, resolution or ordinance, shall be a misdemeanor and upon conviction is punishable as set forth in Section 1.12.010 of this code by a fine not to exceed one thousand dollars ($1,000.00) or by imprisonment not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
