3.28.040 - Subdivisions.

As a condition of approval of a tentative map or parcel map (referred to in this chapter as development) the subdivider shall dedicate land, pay a fee in lieu thereof, or do a combination of both, for park, trail or recreational purposes. (Ord. 05-06 § 2 Exh. A (part))

3.28.050 - Single parcel development.

The owner of a single parcel shall dedicate land, pay a fee in lieu thereof, or do a combination of both for park, trail or recreational purposes as a condition of approval for a permit to build a subdivision, a new single-family home or multiple-unit structure. (Ord. 05-06 § 2 Exh. A (part))
