§ 2.14.010. Established Amount.

Pursuant to California Elections Code Section 10228, the City establishes a filing fee of $25.00 to process a candidate’s nomination papers or supplemental nomination papers. This nonrefundable filing fee is to be paid with each filing of nomination papers or supplemental nominations papers.

§ 2.14.020. Paid to City Clerk.

The filing fee shall be paid to the City Clerk by each candidate for an elective office each time the candidate’s nomination papers or supplemental nomination papers are filed.
