Editor's note— Ord. No. 98-16, § 1, adopted December 8, 1998, amended the Code by repealing § 7-5-10 in its entirety. Former § 7-5-10 pertained to adoption of the Uniform Solar Energy Code, and derived from Ord. No. 3069, adopted June 27, 1978.
Sec. 7-5-11. - Violations and penalties.¶
It shall be unlawful for a person, firm or corporation to erect, construct, enlarge, alter, repair, move, improve, remove, convert or demolish, equip, use or maintain mechanical systems or equipment or cause or permit the same to be done in violation of the Model Energy Code, adopted by reference in the Uniform Building Code, which the County has adopted.
